II. Note From the Founder
Being a business owner can feel like a chase. The cycles of feast or famine, the pressure to be visible everywhere, all at once.
Living with chronic illness has taught me the value of slowing down. Of choosing substance over speed. Of building something that supports your work and your well-being. This philosophy shapes everything I make.
I studied Design as an undergraduate, followed by an MA in Art and Curation—a path that sharpened my visual sensibility and my belief in the power of thoughtful presentation. I worked as a designer in London before founding Studio Founded, where I’ve supported over 100 clients and more than 1,000 small business owners through strategic tools and templates.
Studio Founded is where all of that comes together: lived experience, visual design, creative strategy, and a slower philosophy of business. It’s a space for intentional growth, creative clarity, and doing things with care.
