We are a business resource library. Our tools bring structure to your process: design-led templates, strategic frameworks, and artful resources.
What makes Studio Founded different?
An antidote to hustle, we’re not here for quick wins or rinse-and-repeat formulas. Studio Founded supports brand-building as a craft—one rooted in values, designed with intention, and built to last.
What are your studio hours?
Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm (GMT). We aim to respond within 24 hours. During launch periods or high-volume times, replies may take up to 72 hours.

What are your sustainability practices?
We partner with More Trees to plant a tree for every order, in an ongoing gesture of care toward Mother Nature, supporting her as she sustains us.

Where are your collections available?
We currently serve customers in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Do you offer bespoke design?
We offer design and strategy for businesses seeking a more considered and custom approach.
Our services include brand strategy, identity design, print and packaging, and website design and development.
Copywriting, photography, and marketing services are not offered in-house, but we’re happy to connect you with trusted collaborators.
Custom projects range from $4,500–$20,000.

What is a Squarespace Template?
A Squarespace template is a pre-designed website—thoughtfully structured to help you build a beautiful, strategic site. Each includes curated layouts, styled sections, and a brand-ready framework, ready to make your own.
How does installation work?
Once purchased, your template will be installed to your Squarespace account within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email invitation—accept it, and your site will be ready to customize. We provide 30 days of email support before transferring ownership.
Can I use this with my existing site?
Yes. Our Install Package adds the new template to your current Squarespace site—so you can refresh your design without starting from scratch.
Can you customize the template for me?
Website in a Week takes you from template to a fully branded, launch-ready site in five days. Just two spots are available each month—we recommend booking 4+ weeks in advance.
What kind of support is included?
Each template includes 30 days of post-purchase support.
You’ll also receive access to The Website Guidebook, an interactive Notion portal filled with strategy workbooks, checklists, SEO resources, and Squarespace tutorials tailored to your template
If you need more support, you’re welcome to book:
• Designer Hour: For small customizations like font uploads, CSS alterations, or section updates.
• Designer Day: A one-day intensive for more in-depth work like page design, SEO, or visual refinement.Do I need a paid Squarespace plan?
Yes. A Business or Commerce plan is required. We offer 25% off your first year through Platinum Circle, with up to 29% savings on an annual subscription.

What is Website in a Week?
Website in a Week is a focused five-day build that turns your half-there website into a polished, conversion-ready home for your business. We start with a Studio Founded template as the framework, then tailor every page to your offers, copy, and visuals. By Friday, you’re live with a site you’re proud to share.
What’s included?
Strategy that clarifies your goals and structure; tailored template design; content placed and styled for clarity; essential SEO (titles, metas, slugs, headings, image alts, internal links); custom CSS details; mobile and speed tuning; hands-on launch support; and 30 days of post-launch email support.
Do I need to buy the template separately?
No. Your Studio Founded template license is included and installed for you, so we can customize it immediately and keep the whole week focused on quality and conversion.

What is a Designer Day?
A Designer Day is a focused, one-on-one session. We work exclusively on your brand or website for a full day (or half day), covering everything from visual updates to strategy.
What can we cover in a day?
Each session is shaped to your goals. Possibilities include:
• Refining or expanding your website
• Designing new sections or pages
• SEO and performance optimization
• Visual polish or strategic layout updates

You can view availability and book via our Designer Day booking page. Spots are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

What is the Studio Founded Directory?
A curated index of thoughtful creatives, freelancers, and small businesses—rooted in values, creativity, and intention. It’s designed to inspire, connect, and support.
Who can apply to join?
We welcome both freelancers and business owners—whether you’re a designer, coach, maker, or multidisciplinary studio. If your work is led by care and creativity, we’d love to hear from you.
Does it cost anything to be included?
No. Listings are currently free. We may offer optional upgrades in future, but our focus for now is building a beautiful, useful resource for our community.
What kind of information will be included in my profile?
Each profile features your business name, services, website and socials, a personal introduction, and optionally, your values or a short Q&A to share more about your work.
How are profiles selected?
We review each application to ensure a diverse, thoughtful mix of industries and voices. We’re looking for people who care deeply about their craft.
Can I update my listing?
Yes. If your services, availability, or links change, just send us a note and we’ll update your profile.

Do you offer an affiliate program?
Yes. Becoming a Studio Founded affiliate gives you the means to support fellow business owners while earning passive income. You’ll receive 15% commission for every sale made via your unique link.
Who can become an affiliate?
We welcome designers, creatives, strategists, and business owners who connect with our values. Whether you’re a past client or a long-time supporter, we’d love to have you.
How are commissions paid?
Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, with a 30-day holding window for returns. You’ll have access to a private dashboard to track clicks, conversions, and earnings.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to explore the template demos, features, and requirements before purchasing.
