Business often comes with pressure to grow, to stay constantly visible. Living with chronic illness has taught me the value of slowing down — of building in a way that supports both work and well-being. That philosophy shapes everything I create.

I studied Design before completing an MA in Art and Curation, a path that deepened my eye for detail and storytelling. After working as a designer in London, I founded Studio Founded, where I’ve supported over 100 clients and 1,000+ small business owners.

Through Studio Founded, I bring together design, strategy, and lived experience to guide entrepreneurs toward growth that feels sustainable and grounded.
