The Designer Day Intensive
A Single Day, Dedicated to Your Brand
When a project is half-finished and keeps slipping down your list, a Designer Day gives you one focused day of professional attention to move it forward with clarity and momentum.
You’ve started, paused, and circled back, but tasks are still on your to-do list.
Perhaps it’s a brand refresh that never quite makes it past version two, a website update you’ve been meaning to refine, or marketing materials that remain in draft form. The vision is there, but the time, capacity, or clarity isn’t.
A Designer Day creates space for your project to be seen, shaped, and completed. One full day, centred entirely on your brand, designed to bring stalled work to life.
I. Kickoff & Clarity
We begin by reserving your date and outlining a simple, focused plan. You’ll share the goals you’d like to prioritise, and we’ll shape the day around the outcomes that matter most. Before your session, we’ll confirm the scope and the deliverables you can expect.
Includes:
A project roadmap
Direction and priorities aligned before we begin
II. Focused Design Sprint
Your brand has the spotlight. Throughout the day, your project is the sole focus—designed, refined, and brought into alignment. You’ll receive updates as the work evolves so you can follow the direction without needing to be present all day.
Includes:
One uninterrupted day of dedicated design
Visual progress you can use immediately
III. Refine & Deliver
By the end of the day, you’ll receive a thoughtful wrap-up with the completed work — final files, updates, or strategic outcomes — organized and ready for use. Everything delivered will have been outlined in advance, so there are no surprises.
Includes:
A clear summary of the day’s work
Completed deliverables, organized for immediate use
IV. Guidance & Support
For seven days after your session, we’re available for small follow-up questions and next-step clarity, ensuring you feel supported beyond the intensive itself.
Includes:
A week of post-project support
Guidance for next steps and implementation
Past clients include
Liron Erel, Joel & Justyna, Anna Claire Beasley, Rachel Rossito, Tend Copy & More
This is for you if you want:

IV.
To clear your backlog in one dedicated session and walk away with completed, ready-to-use work.
V.
Guidance that brings clarity to your decisions, whether you’re refining a brand, shaping a page, or elevating your visuals.
VI.
A process that respects your time, your energy, and the way you work — without the overwhelm of managing it alone.

FAQs
-
A Designer Day is ideal for projects that need focused attention rather than a full build. Common sessions include:
refining a brand (typography, colour, foundations)
shaping a Squarespace page
preparing launch materials
elevating templates or marketing assets
cleaning up layout, hierarchy, or website visuals
creating simple design collateral
If you’re unsure whether your task fits, you can share your ideas in your enquiry and we’ll outline what’s possible.
-
Each session is shaped around your priorities. Most full-day intensives result in:
one fully refined page or asset, or
meaningful progress across several small items
It’s a day of focused creative direction and execution that moves your project forward in a tangible, considered way.
-
A Half Day is best for smaller refinements, single assets, or focused adjustments that don’t require exploration.
A Full Day allows for deeper work when a project benefits from more strategy or time investment.
If you’re unsure which you need, we’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals.
-
Once your date is reserved, we’ll outline exactly what to send over. This usually includes a short brief, any brand assets you’d like us to use, and the goals you want to focus on.
-
Every business is different, and SEO naturally grows over time. What we can offer is a strategic, considered website that’s built to guide visitors, support your goals, and begin establishing your presence in search from day one.
You’ll leave with:
a clear, intentional site structure
design shaped for conversion
SEO applied across five core pages
guidance on how to continue strengthening your visibility
And if you want to keep developing your SEO long-term, you’ll have a lifetime 20% discount for SEOSpace or the option to work with us directly.
-
No. You’re welcome to go about your day. We’ll check in as needed and share progress updates, but you’re not required to be present or on-call throughout. We recommend being available to three checkins throughout the day: in the morning, at mid day, and before we wrap up, so we can collaborate effectively.
-
In most cases, yes. If your project involves deliverables like design files, graphics, layouts, or implemented website updates, you’ll receive them at the end of your session.
For work that’s more strategic (for example, SEO or content refinement), you may receive items such as an SEO report or written recommendations instead of design files.
Before your intensive, we’ll outline exactly what your deliverables will be so you know what to expect.
-
We commit fully to the agreed scope, and most Designer Days are completed within that timeframe.
If something unexpected arises — such as a technical issue, platform limitation, or a shift in your vision during the session — we’ll discuss the best next step.
This may look like:
completing small remaining tasks at no extra cost (if the delay was due to a technical factor), or
booking an additional half-day or full-day session if the scope has expanded or further refinement would be beneficial.
-
Yes. You’ll have seven days of post-session support for small questions or clarifications, ensuring you feel confident implementing or building on the work.
-
A Designer Day is ideal if you:
have a project that is stalled or half-finished
feel overwhelmed or unsure how to make the next decision
want a professional eye on your work
need clarity and completion without a long timeline
prefer a guided process rather than managing everything alone
If that feels like you, this is likely a strong fit.
