The Process
I   Kick-off & Clarity

We recommend booking early as Designer Days are limited. Contact us to choose your date and we’ll map out a plan for your day.

II   Focused Design Sprint

A Designer Day is for refining what's unresolved, removing friction, and making focused progress, with a mid-day check-in for feedback.

III   Handover & Guidance

You’ll receive final files and deliverables neatly packaged, with tutorials so you know your next steps. You’ll also have seven days of support.

IV   Post-Project Support

You’ll leave with key decisions made, loose ends resolved, and breathing room to move on. It’s a shift from circling back to moving forward.

  • A Designer Day is ideal for focused, high-impact progress on a specific set of priorities. Common projects include refining brand visuals, updating a website, designing packaging or print materials, creating marketing assets, or finalising a launch. It’s best suited to work that benefits from dedicated attention without the scale of a full custom project.

  • Once your date is booked, you’ll receive a short preparation guide. You’ll be asked to share brand assets, content, and any notes ahead of time so we can start with a clear plan. The more prepared you are, the more we can accomplish during your session.

  • When you enquire, we’ll review your project details and let you know whether it’s best suited to a half-day, full-day, or multiple sessions, so you’ll have a clear idea before booking.

    If we identify work that can’t be completed in a single day, you’ll have the option to book an additional half-day or full-day intensive.

  • Yes. You can secure your date with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before your Designer Day.

  • Designer Days are run virtually, allowing us to work together wherever you are. All communication, file sharing, and feedback are handled via our client portal and Loom. We ask that you’re available to review work and respond to messages during your booked day so we can keep things moving smoothly.

  • We take on a maximum of 5 Designer Days each month to ensure focus and creative depth. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date.

  • Yes, Designer Days are suitable for studios and agencies looking to outsource a project. We can work white label, collaborating with you directly while you manage your client relationship, or we can work with both you and your client to align our expertise.
