Maison Bodega’s website is a compelling expression of the studio’s total-work-of-art philosophy.
Using Studio Founded’s Kalina Squarespace template as a foundation, the design introduces an intentionally raw, archival aesthetic. It pairs generous white space with typographic restraint and atmospheric imagery. The feel is closer to an online gallery or artist’s journal than a traditional studio homepage, offering visitors an immediate sense of Maison Bodega’s multidisciplinary practice.
The studio’s work spans creative direction, a shoppable antique collection, cultural publishing, and the renovation of a 100-year-old building. The website supports this breadth through carefully paced sections and intuitive pathways. Each “room” of the practice (Atelier Bodega, Salonnière Paper, and Bodega Ltd.) allows the work to breathe while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Through a mix of process photography, vintage objects, renovation notes, and gallery documentation, the site becomes an extension of Maison Bodega itself. It reflects a practice shaped by materiality, spatial thinking, and design as lived experience. The integration of antiques, architectural history, and contemporary creative work demonstrates how a template can be shaped into something deeply specific, guided by a clear and articulate point of view.
