Book an hour when you need support with smaller tasks. This may include custom CSS, layout adjustments, file exports, troubleshooting, strategic guidance, or something else. Please share a clear list of tasks in advance so we can confirm what we can complete within the timeframe.

Design
Once booked, we’ll ask you to share any assets or website access needed to complete your tasks. During the hour, we’ll work through your task list in order of importance. We’ll reserve some time at the end to share the work with you for feedback and make small adjustments.

Delivery
After your hour, you will receive a summary of the work we have completed, the final deliverables ready for you to use, and 7-days of support for follow up questions.

What can we work on during an hour?
A Studio Hour is reserved for small tasks like web page adjustments, layout changes, and custom CSS. Depending on complexity, we can typically work through 1-3 tasks within an hour. Please reach out with your task list so we can confirm what we can complete within your hour.
What should I prepare before my hour?
A clear list of tasks, access details where needed (such as a Contributor Invite to your website), and any content or assets needed to complete your tasks.
What if my project requires more time?
We review your project needs in advance to accurately book the right amount of time. However, if something unexpected comes up and more time is needed, or you would like to add-on additional tasks, you can book a second hour or a Studio Day/Half-Day.
Do I need to be available during the hour?
The work will be completed remotely and you do not need to be available for calls. It is useful you to be available to provide email feedback when we share work for review. However, if you can’t be available during the hour, please let us know.
How far in advance should I book?
Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking ahead where possible, particularly for tasks that have a deadline or are time sensitive.
