Once booked, you’ll share any required assets or website access
During the hour, the work is carried out remotely, allowing the full hour to be dedicated to your tasks.
Your hour is shaped entirely by the items you want to complete. We focus on what will create the most meaningful impact in the time available.

After your hour, you’ll receive:
- A summary of everything completed
- The deliverables ready to use
- 7-days of support for follow up questions

A Designer Hour is ideal for small, focused tasks such as page adjustments, layout refinements, CSS tweaks, styling fixes, technical troubleshooting, imagery swaps, or preparing assets for your site or marketing.

This depends on the complexity of your tasks. The time may allow for 3-4 CSS updates, or one larger, more meaningful task. Feel free to reach out to us with your task list so we can advise you on the time required.

You’ll complete a short prep form to share your goals, access details, any content or assets required, and a clear list of tasks.

If your task turns out to be larger than expected, we’ll let you know. You can book an additional hour or move into a Designer Day if more depth is needed.

The Designer Hour is fully remote. You don’t need to be available live; we’ll request what we need beforehand and share updates as needed.

We can work white label, collaborating with you directly while you manage your client relationship, or we can work with both you and your client to align our expertise.
